Valeria (born on Aug 23, 1985) is a Ukrainian model and she has admitted to have undergone plastic surgery to achieve her living Barbie doll look. This accompanied with a few hours of makeup time each photo shoot made her the closest to a breathing Barbie this world currently has.
She is the real-life Barbie doll. In order to achieve this plastic perfection, it is reported that Valerie has had a breast augmentation, ribs removed, facial surgery, and uses enhanced iris contacts in order to achieve this look. While many are still debating whether this Ukrainian model is real or not, herstrange appearance has some people claim that she’s an elaborate photo-shop hoax. Her facebook page (8,000 followers) , however, is full of photos of the model without her makeup so it seems that the model is indeed real.  
Lukyanova's got the long, straight blonde hair, the flawless ivory skin, the wide-eyed look and the heart-shaped mouth. Even more unbelievable, however, is her tiny, seemingly carved-out waist and her disproportionally large chest. It may not be scientifically exact, but Lukyanova comes close to real-life Barbie proportions. She definitely has had more work done then any of us imagined.

Она также использует непрозрачные линзы для достижения широко раскрытых глаз, как у куклы. Она также демонстрирует некоторые интересные стили макияжа Барби, как кожа цвета фарфора и блестящие губы бантиком.. Однако некоторые считают, что Лукьянова делает цифровую обработку своих фотографии, чтобы сделать себя более «кукольной».
